Short Film Program
Short Film Program
Fall 2024
THE PURPOSE: Created to offer a space for youth to express themselves through film, participants will gain hands on experience in the creation of their OWN film(s). Our program supervisors assist the students in the creation of a short film. Working behind and in front of the camera, music creation, sound, writing and art.

THE GOAL: is to help the participants discover a passion for storytelling and film as they learn the value of teamwork, deadlines and accountability. As they develop
the skills needed to complete their film and have it premier at a local movie theater in front of a audience of their peers and families.

AR/VR Program
The 2nd program will leverage Virtual Reality technology to offer an immersive learning environment as an in school and or after school program for elementary and middle school aged students who have been identified as having behavioral issues. The curriculum will focus on early learning skills as an additional academic support as well as strengthening people/social skills, decision making, interactions with Law Enforcement/authority and a multitude of other real life applications. The benefits of this virtual reality program is that the students will learn about interactions and see how their choices, both positive and negative, can affect the outcome of an engagement. These young students must learn how to consistently choose positive responses and become aware of their ability and responsibility to mitigate risk. Please contact us for more details.
